1.1. Our Purpose
Our website offer our users the ability to easily access a descriptive account of ongoing activities, blogs, and social media updates covered under the 3 segments of our website, which are as follows:
1. currypot: A food blog with written and video recorded recipes, diet, and health tips based on dependable research and personal experience. The content contribution comes from Nikita Kheterpal and Rajat Verma.
2. makesense: A life, money, and tech blog. The content contributions come from Rajat Verma’s personal life experiences and knowledge acquired through sound research.
3. pause: A blog that covers the experience of breast cancer treatment and post-treatment recovery. The content contributions come from Pooja Kheterpal.
1.2. Legal Agreement
These Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”), together with such additional terms which specifically apply to some of our services on the rajatverma.xyz website, all set forth the entire terms and conditions applicable to each visitor or user (“User” or “you”) of the rajatverma.xyz website.
rajatverma.xyz Terms constitute a binding and enforceable legal contract between rajatverma.xyz and you in relation to the use of any service/browsing– so please read them carefully.
You may visit and/or navigate through the website only if you fully agree to the rajatverma.xyz Terms – and doing so, you signify and affirm your informed consent to these Terms and any other rajatverma.xyz Terms applicable to your use of the website. 2.1. You represent and warrant that:

All rights, title, and interest in and to the services’ Content, including any and all copyrightable materials or any other content thereof which is or may be subject to any intellectual property rights under any applicable law (including any artwork, graphics, images, literary work, source, audio, music, video and other media, designs, animations, interfaces, documentation, derivatives, and versions thereof, the “look and feel” of the rajatverma.xyz Content, methods, products, data, advertising, and acquisition tools and methods, inventions, trade secrets, logos and other proprietary identifiers, whether or not registered and/or capable of being registered (collectively, “Intellectual Property”), and any derivations thereof, are owned by and /or licensed to rajatverma.xyz

4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law in each applicable jurisdiction, rajatverma.xyz, its owner, employees and affiliates shall not be liable to you in any direct , indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary or consequential damages whatsoever, including any damages resulting from (1) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of or any content; (2) any personal injury or property damage related to your use of the Content; (3) any unauthorized access to use any personal information and/or other information stored therein; (5) events beyond the control of rajatverma.xyz, including internet failures, equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labor disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, shortages of labor or materials, fires, flood, storms, earthquakes, explosions, acts of God, war, terrorism, intergalactic struggles, government actions, orders of courts, agencies or tribunals or non-performance of third parties; and/or (6) loss of data, use, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use if inability to use the rajatverma.xyz website.
5. Indemnity

6.2 Governing Law & Jurisdiction; Class Action Waiver

Any attempted ir actual assignment thereof without rajatverma.xyz’s prior explicit and written consent will be null and void. In any event, an assignment or transfer pursuant to this Section 6.6 shall not in itself grant either rajatverma.xyz or you the right to cancel any rajatverma.xyz Services then in effect.
6.7. Serverability & Waivers
If any provision of the rajatverma.xyzTerms is deemed by a court of contempt, jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then such provision shall be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. No Waiver of any breach or default of any of the rajatverma.xyz shall be deemed to be a waiver of any proceeding or subsequent breach or default.

These Terms of Use were written in English. Any interpretation based on translation into other languages by Users themselves or by the aid of applications or online sources will not prevail over the Privacy Policy provided by rajatverma.xyz on the website in English.
